Refund Policy

1. The 60-Day Guarantee

We stand by our Premium and Growth plans with a 100% money-back guarantee. If you do not see measurable growth in lead generation or revenue within 60 days of the project going live, we will refund our service fee in full.

2. Exceptions

This guarantee applies exclusively to the service fee paid directly to Growvix Marketing. It does not cover external advertising spend (e.g., money paid directly to Facebook or Google for ads).

3. Processing Refunds

If you meet the criteria and wish to invoke the guarantee, please contact your dedicated account manager. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days directly to the original payment method.
