1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Growvix Marketing website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Services Provided

Growvix Marketing provides digital marketing solutions, including web development, WhatsApp automation, and SEO/PPC management. All deliverables and timelines will be explicitly outlined in your customized project agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Growvix Marketing. Client projects, once paid in full, remain the property of the client as outlined in the respective statements of work.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Growvix Marketing, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
